Concept analysis
The purpose of performing a concept analysis is to obtain a ‘second opinion’. This might be for a strategy, a policy, a new product or an idea.
In contrast to traditional analysis, which looks for faults, you will receive an analysis of the opportunities for improvement. This will take the form of a visual presentation of such things as suppositions that may or may not have been previously hidden and other essential factors. By specifying these matters explicitly, it will facilitate an escape from the compelling logic of an idea.
You will also receive a fan that contains everything that has been mapped out so far as well as the ideas, concepts and broad thinking directions that will require further exploration.
